BioI am married to a wonderful woman, and we have two dogs and a cat together. Chloe is our Shepherd/Spitz mix, Desert is our Greyhound, and Fishbone is a grey and white domestic shorthair cat.
I am a member of the Army Reserve. I hold the rank of Specialist (E-4). My MOS (job) is 46Q (Journalist/Public Affairs Specialist.) Public Affairs Specialists have several jobs in the Army. We are print journalists and photographers. We are also responsible for media and community relations. Right now, I am mobilized, in training, preparing to go to the sandbox. Instead of going as a 46Q, I am a 46R (Broadcast Journalist) for this mission.
I am also a member of the Society for Creative Anachronism, a medieval education group. I have served as the Media Relations Officer for the Florida region, and was in charge of all canine activities for this region too.
Once in a while, I work with greyhound rescue, including rescue runs.
